Mr.Ganesh sahai Is presently working as DEPUTY DIRECTOR /Principal in The ARYAN INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL Varanasi.He has 35 years of experience in educational institutions at various responsibilities like PGT Physics, Examination in charge, Founder principal, PRINCIPAL IN DPS ,curriculum planner, Establishment of new schools and teachers enrichment program etc.He as associated with various social platforms. He is President of KASHI Sahodya schools Varanasi.
Education
Mr. Ganesh Sahai has done his schooling from Saraswati Bal Mandir jaunpur and B.R.P. Inter college Jaunpur. He has done his graduation in Science from Gorakhpur University in 1983. and Msc. In Physics from Gorakhpur university in 1985.
He has done B.Ed. in 1986 from Gorakhpur University.

He started his carrier as a founder principal in NEHRU BALODYAN INTERMEDIATE COLLEGE JAUNPUR. He has contributed his expertise as principal in DPS Society too .At present he is leading THE ARYAN INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL VARANASI. His rich exposure to cbse curricula has empowered with his with a diverse and innovative approach as an academic leader.CBSE has entrusted him to give various responsibilities time to time.
He has expertise in curriculum design, technology in education,assessment and evaluation, pedagogy of science teaching,DRR education and professional development of teachers.
In 2017 he was invited by Japan Govt. for DRR education under Kashi Kyoto partnership agreement signed between India and Japan . He has taught in Kyoto schools during his Kyoto stay.
He Uses analysis, wisdom, experience, and logical methods to make good decisions and solve difficult problems with effective solutions; appropriately incorporates multiple inputs to establish shared ownership and effective action.
He Establishes clear directions; sets stretching goals and assigns responsibilities that bring out the best work from people; establishes a good work plan and distributes the workload appropriately.
